Welcome to Ultimate Performance Volleyball Club!

Please read and fill out everything that is required on the following pages.  Having accurate information will allow us to add your player to the proper team, build a contact information page for your coach, ensure that the roster for each team is acceptable to entering events.

To complete the registration process, you will need to be a current member of USAV/OkRVA, the governing body for volleyball participation (okrva.com).  If you are re-newing your membership, remember that to be placed on a 2022-2023 team, your membership MUST be for the new season.  Even if your membership card states "expires Oct. 31, 2022" you must renew now to be placed on a team.

During this process, you will be agreeing to your payment plan.  Due at signing is a 40% initial down payment, which is nonrefundable for any reason since the largest club cost are Up Front cost of gear, entering tournaments, etc.  The online system will be activated to remind you three (3) days prior to the due date that your credit card will be ran.  If the payment fails to run, you will need to make other arrangements with UPVBC office staff before your next scheduled practice.  Or if you pay onsite or through another means, the payment will need to be into the office 5 days prior to running your card in order for the staff to stop that payment.
