This 1.5 hour hitting camp, will have a high emphasis on technique and reps to help hitters at all levels become better attackers. This intense camp will be for Girls and Boys and need not be an Ultimate Club player - open to anyone who wants to train hard and become a better hitter.
Ultimate Volleyball Junior Setting
Ages 12 and younger
Ultimate Volleyball Intermediate Setting
Ages 12-14
Ultimate Volleyball Advanced Setting
Ages 15 to 18
*All players at all levels will meet on the same days and times and will be split into courts with coaches to focus on age and skill appropriate technique and game like play.
